Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced illustration skills and animation expertise, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including animation tools.
• Strong portfolio of custom illustrations that convey complex concepts simply and engagingly.
• Experience creating animations for digital marketing, explainer videos, and motion graphics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design ideas confidently.
• Track record of creating visuals that simplify highly complex ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of visual concepts that communicate Turquoise Health's brand story, mission, and values.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual assets align with brand identity and messaging.
• Create custom illustrations for resonating with the target audience in healthcare technology.
• Design various animations for web, mobile, and social media, including explainer videos and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams on materials supporting strategic initiatives.
• Ensure design quality and consistency across all platforms including web, mobile, print, and social media.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep visual content fresh and engaging.
