  • Partner with the CSPO/Founder and leadership team to establish a cohesive governance vision.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, community, and legal teams to enhance governance practices.
  • Develop and maintain resources for transparent governance processes.
  • Oversee governance systems like zkIgnite Elector and on-chain voting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Represent the organization at public forums to promote governance innovations.
