Sustainability Analyst

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a sustainability-focused role, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Experience with sustainability data analysis, environmental impact assessments, and greenhouse gas analysis tools.
• Familiarity with sustainability and chain of custody standards such as GOTS, Oeko-Tex, bluesign.
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion trends and ethical sourcing practices is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of sustainability reporting tools.
• Proficiency with business intelligence platforms and analytics tools like Looker and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with sustainability regulations, best practices, and competitor benchmarks.
• Conduct research on emerging trends in sustainable fashion.
• Assist in developing and improving sustainability initiatives and policies.
• Support maintaining sustainability certifications and trademark agreements.
• Collect and analyze sustainability data across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Product teams for opportunities and existing project support.
• Assist in internal communications to promote sustainability awareness.
