Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 7+ years of marketing operations experience at a fast-growing company.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Experience operating marketing automation systems (e.g. Marketo) with a strong understanding of downstream integration with CRM (i.e. Salesforce), plus other tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (Looker) is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding work ethic and sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Obsessive attention to detail.
  • Comfort with change in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Define the Marketing Operations roadmap, lead adoption, and review operational processes to drive accountability for Coalition’s overall go-to-market success.
  • Own Coalition’s marketing tech stack; manage the strategy, evaluation, strategic implementation, and maintenance of tools and technologies.
  • Lead a marketing ops team that is passionate about high quality results and collaborates cross-functionally with business and sales operations.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity and health within marketing systems of record.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by driving coordination across various marketing functions.
  • Define lead management and scoring criteria and operationalize the process through marketing automation systems.
  • Oversee the evolution of measurement framework to measure marketing effectiveness, campaign execution, and spend allocation decisions.
