Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Three years’ experience as a business or IT analyst.
• Strong technology and business process analytical skills.
• Experience as a technical liaison between IT and end users.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with data analysis skills.
• At least one enterprise application implementation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience working with onshore/offshore dev ops teams.
• Familiarity with Service Now, Azure Dev Ops, Anaplan certification, Miro, basic SQL querying, and FP&A or Supply Chain systems.

Responsibilities:

• Draft requirements and acceptance criteria in user stories.
• Create user interface and technical wireframes.
• Lead sprint planning sessions and attend daily stand-ups.
• Clarify requirements during the development cycle.
• Demonstrate functionality to end-users.
• Define and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Support creation of functional specification documents.
• Monitor integration schedule changes via Service Now.
