Requirements:
  • Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge and hands-on.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is mandatory.
  • BA skills including user stories, JIRA, and Agile methodology.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM products to develop client or business solutions.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM products, including workflows.
  • Good to have any Salesforce certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation tools such as Workflow, Process Builder, and Flows.
  • Strong experience in working with data management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
  • Collaborate with and mentor members of the team and other co-workers.
  • Handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
