Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service or help desk role, preferably in software technology.
  • Strong analytical skills for issue assessment and effective solution provision.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of software systems and capability to learn technical information.
  • Solid organizational skills for task prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with software platforms such as Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone or email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of basic issues.
  • Troubleshoot and assist clients with common technical problems such as login issues and basic configurations.
  • Log all customer interactions in the support system, including case details and updates.
  • Provide consistent follow-up with customers and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues promptly.
  • Assist in identifying recurring issues and maintain knowledge of product offerings.
