Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• 2+ years experience leading the efforts of junior developers.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other relevant Salesforce technologies.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, Jitterbit).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and development tools (e.g., Git, Jira).
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures.
• Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Create integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and troubleshoot issues.
