BA/BS degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience in a data-centric role within a collaborative data and technology team.
Proven experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis with experience using languages like Python or R.
Experience using data transformation tools such as dbt.
Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to various stakeholders.
Experience building analytics and reporting tools.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Preferred experience working in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with teams across the organization (Product Management, Care Delivery, Operations, Customer Success) to execute on a roadmap for scalable analytical support.
Develop, build, and maintain reports and dashboards with actionable metrics to monitor growth, engagement, and clinical outcomes.
Build analyses to demonstrate Cadence's value to patients and customers.
Work with operations leaders to establish revenue and staffing models.
Explore patient vitals and electronic health records for insights that benefit clinical care.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data needs.
