Requirements:
  • +5 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or high-growth startups with an understanding of the relevant players.
  • Ability to find and engage with talent beyond traditional platforms.
  • Comfort with articulating technical roles and our mission to a wide range of candidates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • You don’t need to be a blockchain expert, but an interest in decentralized systems and a willingness to learn is a must.
  • Experience working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to define roles and attract talent.
  • Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Source creatively using unconventional and innovative methods to connect with exceptional candidates in the blockchain and crypto space.
  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: identify, engage, and close candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Act as a talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on market trends, talent pipelines, and best practices.
  • Coordinate: the logistics of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring comprehensive data.
