• Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, detail-oriented, professional, enthusiastic, and of high moral character.
• Experience in marketing, if applicable—email marketing, copywriting, graphic design, etc.
• Experience working with Catholic dioceses and managing VIP accounts for diocesan services.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data specialist qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly answering support emails and phone calls from customers or potential customers.
• Reaching out to churches and other organizations who might benefit from Flocknote.
• Connecting personally with leaders in the Church and elsewhere to develop important relationships.
• Understanding all of the various software and new media tools available to customers.
• Figuring out and communicating how Flocknote can help different organizations.
• Conducting Flocknote how-to demonstrations (in-person or via webinar).
• Providing internal feedback to improve services.
• Troubleshooting issues, assisting in testing new features, and contributing to team development.
