Requirements:

• Proficient in creating test plans and test estimation.
• Experience in manual test scripts and test metrics reporting.
• 3+ years as a Business Quality Assurance professional.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with business partners.
• Strong understanding and proficiency with Mercury Quality Center and QTP.
• Knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and Clarity++.
• Experience in developing testing strategies and test scripts.
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and design meetings.
• Experience leading team environments and managing software enhancement priorities.
• Experience documenting requirements and design processes.

Responsibilities:

• Document system issues and prioritize for future reference.
• Perform manual testing and certification on software releases.
• Create, maintain, and alter test plans and scripts against business requirements.
• Report defect metrics and build reporting strategies.
• Create and present test estimates to the project management team.
• Create and execute automated testing strategies and scripting.
• Provide user acceptance testing strategy and support with business stakeholders.
