• Python expertise for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Healthcare industry knowledge (revenue cycle, claims processing) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous data.
• Must be able to work full time during US business hours (Central Standard Time).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze accounts payable, claims, and collections data to uncover trends and improve processes.
• Build advanced financial models and dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making.
• Automate workflows using Excel (macros, VBA) and Python (pandas, numpy).
• Partner with teams to reduce revenue leakage and boost collection rates.
• Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation processes.
• Provide insights during monthly closes and help forecast financial performance.
• Present your findings clearly to leadership.
