Requirements:

• HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
• Preferred experience in Medical and Healthcare.
• One year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center or related customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and database programs.
• Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receives incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, etc.
• Responds with accurate and timely information utilizing high customer service standards.
• Supports service delivery teams and maintains strong relationships to identify additional services.
• Fosters an environment of continuous improvement in processes and services.
• Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations to ensure privacy and safety.
