Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience and one shipped AAA title.
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in one of the leading modelling packages (Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, etc.).
  • Strong skills in Zbrush.
  • Good knowledge of colour theory and lighting techniques.
  • Good photogrammetry knowledge and ability to work from existing scans.
  • Strong understanding of physically based rendering practices (PBR).
  • Good knowledge of shaders and supporting texture maps.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to estimate workload and manage deadlines.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Create photorealistic geological phenomena for various uses.
  • Participate in planning and concept creation for locations and assets.
  • Cooperate with Art Directors and Art Leads to enhance quality.
  • Collaborate with Environment artists to utilize prepared assets.
  • Work with Technical artists and texture artists on material and shader templates.
  • Maintain production pipeline to meet visual quality standards.
