Requirements:

• Experienced in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and working directly with developers.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years as a UX designer, UI designer, or product designer.
• Highly proficient in Figma.
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Experience working in a startup, cryptocurrency, trading, or consumer finance.

Responsibilities:

• Design innovative solutions for mobile (iOS/Android) and web apps.
• Develop detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to convey design ideas.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to create low and high-fidelity mock-ups (in Figma).
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, moving from low to high-fidelity mock-ups quickly.
• Continuously improve brand and design quality.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to understand user needs.
• Optimize and simplify user experience and interface design.
