Requirements:

• JD degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, preferably in-house.
• Must be a member of California Bar or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Texas and California employment laws preferred.
• Proven ability to represent an organization in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR to address employment-related matters.
• Function as frontline counsel for legal and personnel issues.
• Advise on HR matters like discipline and investigations.
• Manage HR disputes and represent Natera in legal settings.
• Ensure organizational policies comply with labor laws.
• Conduct legal training for management and staff.
