• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong track record of building scalable, production-level applications.
• Proven experience developing with Next.js, including server-side rendering, static site generation, and API routes.
• Experience designing and maintaining relational databases like Postgres, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Stable career progression with minimal job hopping, ideally with startup experience.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus but not a strict requirement.
