Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry or within a hospital/clinical setting.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Experience launching medical technologies in US and European markets.
Experience in a fast-paced start-up is highly desirable.
Experience in heart failure, cardiac rhythm management or electrophysiology is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic marketing plans to highlight product value and market opportunities.
Create and execute multi-channel campaigns including HCP initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the competitive market and provide updates to marketing and leadership.
Collaborate on launch materials and education programs for HCPs.
Partner with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and effective positioning.
Manage the marketing budget and present growth opportunities to leadership.
