Staff DevOps Engineer

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, systems operations, and infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, Terraform, Docker, and Jenkins or similar CI tools.
• Expertise in containerization, orchestration, monitoring, and security operations.
• Exposure to Kubernetes concepts, including CRDs, Network Policies, and RBAC.
• Proficiency in BASH, Python, or other languages (Ruby preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.

Responsibilities:

• Build Guideline's Zero Trust GCP/GKE environment focusing on network segmentation and Least Privilege.
• Securely scale modern Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Utilize open source technology and infrastructure as code.
• Operate and automatically scale resources using Kubernetes expertise.
• Support engineering teams in development, testing, and application troubleshooting.
• Continuously improve processes and automation.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
