Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide virtual health care services to students in partner school districts, including informing families and schools.
  • Collaborate with care team members including Physicians, Clinical Support Specialists, and Family Resource Navigators.
  • Utilize video telemedicine platform to evaluate and treat patients.
  • Analyze and interpret patient histories and symptoms to develop diagnoses and care plans.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and school personnel through various means.
  • Build trust with school nurses and health staff.
  • Provide training and continuing education to clinicians.
  • Deliver individualized health education and guidance.
  • Serve as the Pediatric care expert and share best practices.
  • Support students with chronic conditions and ensure access to care.
  • Provide referrals and follow-up care as needed.
