Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CPP are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in estimating and procurement in wastewater and renewable energy.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality results.
• Familiarity with procurement software and estimating tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimation process for projects by analyzing project specifications.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project needs.
• Maintain vendor relationships to procure quality materials at optimal costs.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate material and service needs.
• Review and negotiate supplier contracts with the legal department.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updates to management.
• Conduct procurement activities and risk management for projects.
• Utilize project management software for process accuracy.
• Perform market research to identify new suppliers and technologies.
• Train junior team members in procurement and estimation practices.
