Requirements:
  • Passion for food and connecting with people.
  • Outgoing, personable, and friendly personality.
  • Previous brand ambassador or event staffing experience, preferably in the natural foods industry.
  • Independent and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region and work on weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for transporting demo equipment.
  • Must be up to date with COVID vaccines and boosters, and comply with mask mandates when required.
  • Physical ability to lift 10 - 25 lbs unaided, reach overhead, bend down, and walk up and down stairs carrying boxes and products.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute in-store demos at retailers like Whole Foods Market.
  • Create positive interactions with consumers to enhance brand experience.
  • Take accurate shelf photos of products, including signage and pricing.
  • Maintain demo table and samples, adhering to setup procedures.
  • Ensure on-shelf inventory is managed during demos.
  • Seek off-shelf placement opportunities to enhance product visibility.
  • Meet key program KPIs, such as sales goals and consumer engagement.
  • Provide detailed event recaps within 1-2 days, including consumer counts, sales data, and feedback.
