Head of Design

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in design.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading design teams in high-growth tech companies, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design leadership.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall design vision, strategy, and execution across all Bitso products and platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of designers, including UX/UI designers, researchers, and content designers.
• Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design with business objectives and user needs.
• Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Drive user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process by identifying design opportunities.
