Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in TBM, financial management, and IT cost management.
• Familiarity with TBM frameworks and tools such as Apptio and Nicus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with federal clients preferred.
• Active and Adjudicated Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to improve organizational cost transparency and IT planning.
• Deliver timely, accurate management, analysis, and communication of IT business results.
• Link IT and finance data elements, and gather operations data for cost allocation.
• Manage cost allocation concepts specifically for IT infrastructure costs.
• Work with federal financial management systems and support transaction data requirements.
