Requirements:
  • 3-6 years’ experience as a FP&A Manager, Analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and credibility.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trusting relationships.
  • A curious mindset focused on process improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets and business plans, generate forecasts, and monitor cash runway.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and conduct variance analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Support strategic decision-making by developing financial models and scenario analyses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve efficiency in financial planning and reporting.
