Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience with value-based primary care groups.
• Experience with ACOs and primary care groups in value-based care.
• Strong communication skills with senior management.
• Significant familiarity with the healthcare and payer landscape.
• Consulting and strategy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance of affiliate primary care providers in value-based contracts.
• Engage and retain physician practices.
• Implement quality improvement and cost savings initiatives.
• Track and manage KPIs by line of business.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
• Build and manage a Regional Market Performance team.
• Develop a performance management and provider engagement playbook.
• Facilitate performance reporting and workflow development.
• Implement engagement strategies with physician leaders.
• Monitor affiliate compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify growth opportunities and enhance brand awareness.
