Requirements:

• 5+ years of previous experience selling commercial insurance.
• Familiarity with Cyber Liability and Technology E&O insurance.
• Existing relationships with broker partners.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new agency relationships from inbound leads and strategic outreach.
• Identify target agencies for new outbound campaigns.
• Meet target quotas of qualified opportunities and sales pipeline.
• Report, track, and manage sales activities and results.
• Manage post-sales activities for broker partners.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Coalition’s solutions.
• Identify risks to brokers’ business goals and work to resolve.
• Monitor performance and identify trends in Coalition adoption.
