• Proficient in Word and Excel, with intermediate skills in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in oral and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and team communication.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain purchase order trackers for merchants.
• Coordinate shipments and communicate with transportation companies.
• Create compliant BOLs and necessary shipping documents.
• Arrange dock appointments and provide necessary documentation for compliance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot errors, and escalate issues timely.
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve inquiries and maintain performance.
