• Conduct thorough ESA evaluations for pet owners seeking emotional support animal letters.
• Review pre-screened, completed applications using a fully electronic system.
• Ensure assessments are conducted accurately based on the provided documentation and guidelines.
• Provide support to pet owners while maintaining professionalism and quality care.
