Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the project management field from an accredited 4-year university.
• 5+ years’ experience in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• 5+ years’ experience in Waterfall project methodology.
• 5+ years’ experience delivering IT-related projects.
• Project Management certifications like PMP are strongly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Recent experience with a federal government agency, preferably SSA.
• Eligibility to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define project scope, milestones, tasks, and objectives.
• Estimate resources and manage deadlines effectively.
• Track project costs and ensure successful ROI estimation.
• Develop detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on progress and adjustments.
• Ensure proper contracts with vendors are executed.
• Utilize best practices throughout project execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Lead communication efforts for effective stakeholder meetings.
• Produce monthly Executive dashboard reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and post-mortem reporting.
