Requirements:

• Have one or more Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technical certifications.
• Extensive hands-on experience with GCP services, Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and AutoML.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with modern data transformation and orchestration tools like dbt and Dataform.
• Familiarity with datasets and APIs from platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to foster a culture of innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Build and optimize advanced analytics frameworks on GCP using Vertex AI and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for predictive analytics opportunities.
• Establish automated workflows for machine learning model training, testing, and monitoring.
• Develop scalable feature engineering pipelines for various marketing use cases.
• Integrate and analyze marketing data from sources like Google Ads and CRM systems.
• Implement cloud-based data architectures for large-scale data processing.
• Advocate for best practices in MLOps to ensure machine learning scalability.
• Mentor team members in advanced data science techniques.
• Research and experiment with new technologies for marketing science.
