Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a role involving customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Ukrainian and English (C1+).
• Passion for technology and desire to develop in the IT industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of technology stacks used by developers is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CV database and external sources to identify top technical talent.
• Collaborate with Hiring Specialists to understand needs and provide qualified candidate pipelines.
• Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and scheduling between candidates and Hiring Specialists.
• Evaluate candidate skills and fit for roles and provide insights to Hiring Specialists.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform sourcing strategies.
• Promote the employer brand and values to prospective candidates.
