Requirements:
  • Accounting or Finance degree required.
  • 7-10 years of experience in recording general ledger transactions, processing payroll, and handling taxes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in Excel is mandatory; NetSuite proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience with other major accounting systems is required.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly cash forecast spreadsheet for USA corporate accounting team.

  • Manage vendor invoices and work with the Managing Director to process payments.
  • Assist with NetSuite implementation for the Mexico subsidiary and coordinate financial documentation.
  • Review financial reports and perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
