Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a people-facing role within a technology company.
  • Proficient in creating reports and analyzing data using MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of people business partnering and employment laws in a global work setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and HR tech stack, including Greenhouse, Asana, Notion.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end candidate communications and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management.
  • Own onboarding process, acting as point of contact for new team members.
  • Work with hiring managers to scope, draft, and publish job descriptions.
  • Manage data maintenance and analytics, identifying company needs.
  • Conduct data management and reporting for HR Information Systems.
  • Support global leave and absence management.
  • Assist with engagement initiatives and team meet-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People and Talent to improve processes.
  • Ensure a best-in-class employee and candidate experience.
  • Help with other People operations projects as necessary.
  • Update Staff Wiki with relevant processes.
