Requirements:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
• Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales pipelines or project management in software outsourcing.
• Basic oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Comfortable using tools like Slack and ClickUp, open to asynchronous work.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify and nurture inbound leads from websites and other channels.
• Conduct market research to understand target accounts and identify key players.
• Support the sales process by ensuring effective operations.
• Maintain and expand prospect lists, updating and managing the CRM database.
• Regularly update sales process reports and analytics, providing insights for improvement.
• Engage in at least 150 prospect interactions per week through various communication channels.
