  • Expertise in writing and optimizing content for software products.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Ability to write in XML format.
  • Collaboration skills to work with Product Leaders and Engineers.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a consistent, relevant, and valuable content experience for customers.
  • Focus on sustaining existing products and ensure communications reflect feature changes.
  • Write in-app communications for product releases, regulatory updates, and sunsetting products.
  • Collaborate with Product Leaders and Engineers to write UI content.
  • Create customer-facing assessments and forms using a CMS.
  • Manage the content release calendar and write technical help files.
  • Oversee the Help Center and Resource Hub, including QA, deployment, and release of Help Files.
