Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as an outbound focused Business or Sales Development Representative.
  • Strong and creative negotiation skills.
  • Critical thinker and data-driven performance-based marketer.
  • Minimum C1 level of English.
  • Experience with CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience with sales tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesloft, Cognism.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a new client base for The/Studio through outbound sales efforts.
  • Search for hidden gems in CRM of 100,000+ companies for potential projects.
  • Work with sales team and stakeholders to develop sales strategies.
  • Present The/Studio products to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Identify and mitigate sales pipeline risks.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct needs assessments to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outbound strategies.
