Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of staffing/agency recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong intuition for culture fit.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS and job boards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player but able to work independently.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Working with a team to source, interview, and place exceptional talent.
• Using recruiting tools to develop strategies for attracting qualified candidates.
• Connecting with candidates through phone screens and interviews.
• Assessing candidate qualifications.
• Arranging and coaching candidates for client interviews.
• Maintaining communication with clients and candidates.
• Leveraging resources to build a talent pool.
• Advocating for clients and candidates during negotiations.
