  • Passion for creating a world-class developer experience.
  • People management experience with direct reports.
  • Experience managing ecosystems with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
  • Strong communication and listening abilities.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments with minimal oversight.
  • Firm grasp of open source software development.
  • Comfortable building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Filecoin Improvement Proposal (FIP) process and maintain core technologies.
  • Moderate developer meetings and coordinate work across various groups.
  • Engage with technical stakeholders to address their capacity and challenges.
  • Identify and maintain specifications needed by developers and stakeholders.
  • Manage communication regarding changes from Filecoin Foundation.
  • Ensure understanding of governance and related topics within the Foundation.
  • Coordinate feedback across storage providers and technical advisory groups.
  • Lead external messaging concerning Filecoin and its governance.
