Requirements:

• 8+ years of related work experience in proposal graphic design.
• Extensive experience working within RFP requirements and brand systems.
• Familiarity with infrastructure markets.
• Proven ability to translate information into compelling visuals.
• Experience in developing new visuals to improve messaging.
• Strong communication skills to articulate and gain buy-in for creative solutions.
• Ability to apply design-thinking strategically within restrictions.
• Experience in creative teamwork and independent work.
• Experience delivering optimized files for digital and print.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities:

• Partner on proposals and client interviews across critical infrastructure markets.
• Support the development of strategic creative solutions for graphics, infographics, page layout, document design, and presentations.
• Convert text to visuals to enhance audience understanding and engagement.
• Clearly convey technical and abstract concepts for various audiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine solutions.
• Enhance the winning message via strategy-driven visual storytelling.
