Responsibilities:
Utilize Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for document creation.
Manage shipping and receiving, acting as customs broker in the office.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Support engineering staff with client relationships and project management.
Coordinate calendar for staff and equipment for meetings.
Assist with travel preparations and expense reports.
Support invoicing and follow-up on accounts receivable.
Manage file documents from clients and assign tasks.
Coordinate new project intake and task assignments.
Prepare presentations and coordinate marketing events.
