• Experience in gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product partnerships strategy aligned with Deputy's overall business objectives.
• Build business cases for new integrations that support the company's growth strategy.
• Manage long-tail ISV partners and navigate inbound partnership requests.
• Create and implement playbooks for partner onboarding and integration processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration partners.
• Own and improve integration enablement and resources.
• Advocate for partner needs internally.
• Create custom partnership collateral and decks.
• Conduct initial calls with potential partners to guide them through the integration process.
• Stay close to existing integrations, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on the merge.dev strategy and grow referrals from the Advocate Program.
