Requirements:

• 4-5 years of successful experience as Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
• Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and deliver on time.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and processes.
• Background in delivering or improving software applications.
• High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
• Understanding of principles and psychology behind good UX.
• Proactive, adaptable, professional, collaborative, and strong in problem-solving.
• Committed to continuous improvements and experimentation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with business goals.
• Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it meets company and customer needs.
• Analyze customer feedback and user data for product improvements.
• Strategize and present product ideas to stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress.
• Create product specifications and user stories for Engineering.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements.
• Plan and execute AB tests for product optimization.
• Continuously improve product delivery by applying agile principles.
• Coach and mentor team members in product management skills.
• Define and track product metrics to measure success.
