Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Research or equivalent field.
  • 5+ years professional UX research experience with proven track record in generating actionable insights.
  • 3+ years experience with internal enterprise applications preferred.
  • Experience with a range of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) across product development stages.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and align business needs with design strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present effectively to executive audiences.
  • Working knowledge of FigJam and basic knowledge of Figma.
  • Familiarity with design systems, particularly Material Design, and basic knowledge of Accessibility.
  • Portfolio of case studies, including research projects and writing samples.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate discovery with stakeholders to define actionable UX requirements for product designers.
  • Produce clear documentation including UX requirements, user flows, site maps, and personas.
  • Conduct competitive and comparative UX research, presenting insights linked to experience design strategy.
  • Conduct UX and Accessibility audits, presenting findings for user-friendliness.
  • Participate in design critiques, providing feedback and quality control across products.
