Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of related Sales experience required.
• Travel required within assigned territory(s) (up to 50%).
• Highly organized with multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with public procurement policies and practices.
• Familiarity with master service contracts and contracting types.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Development Representative for lead generation.
• Prospect new sales through cold calls, emails, and conferences.
• Qualify leads via phone, email, and meetings.
• Gather project information from clients regarding scope, budget, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM.
• Work with Operations for pricing proposals.
• Communicate new RFX opportunities to the Management Team.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Ensure accurate pipeline forecasts and sales reporting.
• Achieve sales quotas set by the organization.
• Ensure excellent customer service with Account Managers.
• Assist in developing internal sales processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
