  • Assist with onboarding processes for various platforms.
  • Verify and update new member requests and group memberships.
  • Collect and organize feedback from new members post-onboarding.
  • Direct members to relevant resources or directories.
  • Maintain and update the member directory regularly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of special packages.
