Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the public sector, consulting firms, or international organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and program management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and French.
• Sector expertise in one or more industries within Africa is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with governments and donors, engaging senior leaders in public sectors on their most complex challenges.
• Lead and drive impact for clients across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement across silos.
• Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and engagement materials.
• Lead interactive workshops and deliver training sessions.
• Take ownership in building internal assets like business development and recruitment.
