Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the public sector, consulting firms, or international organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and program management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and French.
- Sector expertise in one or more industries within Africa is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Work with governments and donors, engaging senior leaders in public sectors on their most complex challenges.
- Lead and drive impact for clients across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement across silos.
- Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and engagement materials.
- Lead interactive workshops and deliver training sessions.
- Take ownership in building internal assets like business development and recruitment.
