Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s in public health preferred.
• 7-9 years of professional experience in public health, public policy, or consulting.
• Technical proficiency in health sector expertise in Africa is a plus.
• Strong project and programme management experience, especially in public health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Responsibilities:

• Work with governments and donors, engaging senior leaders on complex challenges.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of projects while coaching client teams.
• Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and communication materials.
• Participate in internal initiatives and support organizational growth.
