Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s in public health preferred.
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in the public sector, at consulting firms or international organizations.
• Technical proficiency in health sector expertise on the African continent preferred.
• Project and/or program management experience, especially in public health contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Responsibilities:

• Work with governments and donors, engaging senior leaders in public sectors on their most complex challenges.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of projects while guiding client teams to deliver results.
• Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement across silos.
• Develop client reports, dashboards, and communication materials.
• Participate in internal initiatives to contribute to the organization's growth.
